I’m so happy to meet you…
I am an artist, coach, and creatrix with a lifelong devotion to creativity as a path of healing and transformation. 



My initiation into outsiderhood began early, shaped not only by fracture but by the hollow absence of safe belonging. 



In that loneliness, I learned to perceive differently - 
to see with my hands, 
to feel with my heart. 



Beauty, nature, and creativity didn’t just glimmer against the dark; 



They illuminated it.

And what I’ve discovered, again and again, is this:

Creativity is what mends us.

Beauty is what reminds us why.

Neither is an indulgence.

They are breath and pulse, nourishment and flame - the forces that make the bitter survivable and the human story worth living.

This belief is the pulse of everything I do.

I help brave and tender souls make peace with their fractures & sorrows,
and in the process claim lives that nourish them, light them up & brim with inspiration.

Why I Call Myself a Sparkle Pomp

I call myself a Sparkle Pomp because that’s who I’ve become. My roots began in the psychopomp realm - I’ve always been someone who could sit beside others in the dark, tending souls long before I had language for the work. A lifetime of creativity, professional training, and more underworld initiations than most people ever face reshaped me. I didn’t stay in the shadows or become bitter; I rose brighter, truer, and more wholehearted.

And that is what I am here to help you do, too.

What a Sparkle Pomp Actually Is:

A Sparkle Pomp is forged - through trials and triumphs, shadow and shimmer, courage and beauty.
I guide not only from theory, but from lived experience, devotion, and the creative force that lives inside of you.

When I say I’m a Sparkle Pomp, I mean:

  • I help you find whimsy where life feels heavy.
    We sprinkle color where there is gray.
    I help you conjure beauty in the places that feel broken.
    Together, I help you remember how to say yes to your own life - messy, tender, breathtaking as it is.

Why I Can Guide You Through Your Becoming

I don’t offer answers from a pedestal; I offer companionship from the road.
I’ve lived through an unusual number of underworld seasons and learned how to return luminous every time.

That’s the difference.

I help women make peace with their fractures, honor their tenderness, reclaim their aliveness, and step into lives that nourish and inspire them.

What I Believe:
I believe beauty is medicine for the things that ail us.
I believe joy is necessary, not frivolous.
I believe creativity keeps us alive on the inside.
