In this live online ongoing 6 week course I will teach and support you in creating a regular a self-care practices that are simple and powerful, entertaining and profound. In this process we will explore various aspects of the archetypal and symbols self and then learn how to root these new understandings and discoveries of self into your daily life. I will guide and support you to cultivate a regular practice of engaging with your archetypes and the powerful meaning and message they can offer you.  This process is fun, potent, and alchemical. And has the potential to permeate  and shift your life in profound and positive ways.
